Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie!

It was someone's very special day last weekend. My youngest turned 11. I can't believe it's been eleven years already. Sigh, where does the time go? Instead of cake, which he doesn't really like, I asked him if he wanted me to make him a chocolate chip pizza! He was all about that!

It was just the five of us, so I bought a tube of pre-made cookie dough, cut it in half and laid them next to each other on a parchment paper and a pizza pan. I smooshed the dough out, so that it resembled a circle. The instructions said to cook 14 minutes, I need to add about 5 minutes to that time. Just watch it so it doesn't burn. I let it cool and frosted it with my 25 year old tupperware frosting tool. I even got a little fancy with the flower border! Easy and quick! Happy Birthday Buddy! Love you!
